We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

IS IT SAFE TO ENTER MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON NAKED COOKIE CO’S WEB SITE?

To insure the safety of your credit card information, Naked Cookie Co uses Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL). SSL is a protocol designed by Netscape Communications that provides encrypted communication. This makes it impossible for anyone besides for Naked Cookie Co to access your private billing information.

DOES NAKED COOKIE CO SHARE CUSTOMER INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES?

Naked Cookie Co does not share customer information with third parties under any circumstances. We value our customers and honor their privacy.

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?

Once you have completed the order process you will receive an order confirmation number. If you do not receive a confirmation number this means that your order did not go through. Additionally, you will receive an e-mail notification confirming your order. Please note: If your e-mail address was not entered correctly, you will receive an order confirmation number, however you will not receive the e-mail confirmation.

CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER ONLINE?

Once our carrier has picked up the order, you will be able to track the shipment of your order by logging in to your account or by tracking your package using the tracking number that was emailed to you.

ARE NAKED COOKIE CO’ PRODUCTS GUARANTEED FOR QUALITY AND FRESHNESS?

We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all our products: If you are less than satisfied with the quality or freshness of a product, we will either reship the item or refund you for the total value (within 30 days of receipt). Just call or email customer service and we’ll make it right! We are open Mon-Fri -9-5pm CST.

Our cookies taste best within 48 hrs of receipt. Freeze for long term storage in a freezer safe container up to 6 months.

Cookie dough can be frozen up to 1 year, but only should be thawed and refrozen once. Cookie dough must be kept cold and baked from frozen. We do not recommend storing longer than 2 weeks in the refrigerator.

IF THE ITEM IS DELAYED IN SHIPMENT OR NOT DELIVERED DUE TO AN INCORRECTLY OR INSUFFICIENTLY ENTERED ADDRESS, WILL NAKED COOKIE CO RESHIP THE ITEM?

Because our products are perishable food items & cannot be restocked once they leave our facility, we cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or not delivered because of an incorrect or insufficient address. Please make sure that the shipping address is absolutely correct before you submit the order.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM ORDERED FROM NAKED COOKIE CO?

Unfortunately, because our products are perishable food items, once they leave our facility we cannot accept returns. We stand behind our items, if you are not satisfied, please email nakedcookieco@gmail.com or call 435-729-0462 so we can better serve you. We are able to process refunds 30 days after receipt, after that we are unable to issue any refunds.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

Standard delivery is with USPS for $4.95. Overnight is $19.95. We bake fresh daily and ship Mon-Wed for delivery on Wed-Fri. Our cutoff time is Monday through Wednesday, 10am EST to go out that day. Orders in by 10am Thurs can ship overnight for Friday delivery. We do not ship over the weekend, so orders in after 10am Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
